JLF Investment Company Limited (“JLF Investment” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 00472) is an investment holding company focus on the investment of wine and liquor business in the PRC. The Company is also the investment platform of VATS Group Limited. It is established with an aim to integrate and consolidate the wine and liquor industry in China. Through its subsidiaries, Shangri-La Winery Company Limited (www.shangeli-la.com), Shangri-La (Qinhuangdao) Winery Limited and Heilongjiang Province YuQuan Winery Company Limited, JLF Investment currently has 3 main investments which engaged in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of its own labels’ winery products. These winery products can be broadly divided into 3 categories, namely grape wine, tibetan barley wine and Chinese wine. The Company also owns several well-received brands in the PRC including Shangri-la（香格里拉）,Tibetan Spirit（大藏秘）and YuQuan（玉泉方瓶）.
